The Mackerel Islands operate a ferry service from Onslow to Thevenard Island, which is a 45 minute crossing, timetables are below. The boat departs from our private jetty at Beadon Creek. Secure car parking is available on the mainland (must be pre-booked). Or arrive in style via a scenic charter flight from Exmouth. A short 35 minute flight will bring you to land on the island's airstrip - please contact us for more details.

Direction Island Guests

Direction Island is currently closed for the 2024/2025 season.

Adult $150 per person return
Child (3-12 years old) $75 per person return
Infant (0-2 years old) Free
Family Pass - 2 Adults & 2 Children $375 return
