This package will give you a rare opportunity to see and experience a total solar eclipse without the crowds, from a secluded beach on a small, unique island. The West End of Thevenard Island falls within the path of totality for approximately 16 seconds. You’ll get to stay in a beachfront cabin and live a slice of island life for 3 nights, with snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding, beach fishing, sunset cruises, stargazing and other activities included! The island is a gazetted nature reserve, brimming with birdlife, turtles, dolphins, rays, colourful tropical fish and more. 18th April – Boat transfers Onslow to Thevenard Island (midday onwards, multiple departures). Check-in to accommodation, relax and settle in. Tour options: Home Reef Guided Snorkel from the beach. Activity options: beach walk at leisure, snorkel sets, kayaks, SUP boards, fishing rods. Meals included: Dinner Under The Stars (cash bar).


19th April – Tour options: Island Reefs Snorkel Tour, Eco Trail Walk, Beach Fishing. Activity options: Sunrise beach walk, kayaks, SUP boards. Meals included: Breakfast, Picnic Lunch, Beach BBQ Long Table Dinner (welcome drink, cash bar).


20th April – 4WD bus transfers to West End for the Eclipse Viewing (morning, multiple departures). Approximate eclipse times: begins 10:06am, totality 11:32am, ends 1:05pm. Transfers back to accommodation. Tour options: Island Reefs Eco Snorkel Tour, Low Tide Reef Walk, Sunset Boat Cruise or Sunset 4WD. Activity options: kayaks, SUP boards, fishing rods. 21st April – Boat transfers Thevenard Island to Onslow (10am onwards, multiple departures). Meals included: Breakfast.
